1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by RB Automation (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business based in Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Services Provided

RB Automations provides:

Missed Call Text Back (MCTB) services

AI-powered receptionist and call handling

SMS communication and automation

Appointment booking and lead capture

CRM and system integrations

Our services use automation and artificial intelligence to communicate with customers on your behalf.

3. Free Trials

We offer:

14-day free trial for Missed Call Text Back

7-day free trial for AI Receptionist

Setup may take 1–2 days, which is included within the trial period.

At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.

4. Subscription & Pricing

Plans are billed on a monthly rolling basis

Current pricing tiers: T1 - £97 / T2 - £147 / T3 - £297 (all tiers valued on a recurring monthly basis)

Fair Usage Policy: T1 - 500 texts / T2 - 2000 texts / T3 - 500 minutes

Each plan includes a reasonable usage allowance. If usage exceeds expected limits (e.g. high SMS volume or call minutes), we reserve the right to:

Charge additional fees for excess usage

Adjust pricing based on actual usage

Contact you to upgrade your plan

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you where possible.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are due monthly in advance

No refunds are provided for:

Partial months

Used services

Completed billing cycles

You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after that point.

A minimum of 4 working days notice is required should you wish to cancel.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending SMS messages

You will comply with all applicable laws, including UK GDPR and PECR regulations

You will not use our platform for spam, harassment, or unlawful activity

You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through our system.

8. AI Disclaimer

Our services use artificial intelligence to automate communication.

While we aim for high accuracy:

AI responses may be imperfect, incomplete, or incorrect

We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability

You remain responsible for reviewing and overseeing communications

RB Automations accepts no liability for decisions or outcomes resulting from AI-generated responses.

9. No Emergency Use

Our services are not designed for emergency or urgent communications.

You must not rely on our system for:

Emergency calls

Time-critical or life-threatening situations

10. Data & Recordings

We may:

Store messages, call logs, and customer data

Record calls for quality and operational purposes

This may include:

Names

Phone numbers

Email addresses

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes

Send unsolicited or spam messages

Misrepresent your identity or business

Interfere with system performance

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

12. Intellectual Property

All systems, software, content, and technology provided by RB Automations remain our intellectual property.

You may not:

Resell

Reverse engineer

Replicate

any part of our services without permission.

13. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation

Services may experience downtime, delays, or technical issues

Features may change, improve, or be removed at any time

14. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party tools and websites.

We are not responsible for:

Their content

Their performance

Their data handling practices

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

RB Automations shall not be liable for:

Loss of revenue, profits, or business

Missed leads or opportunities

Indirect or consequential damages

Errors in AI communication

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.

16. Changes to Terms & Pricing

We reserve the right to:
